Spyshots have revealed that BMW, Mercedes-AMG, Jaguar, and Land Rover are working on high performance version of their future cars.
Recent Spyshots show that BMW is working on its next generation BMW M5 codenamed G30. The 2017 BMW M5 will be lighter than its predecessor F10 M5 by over 200 lbs.
The new BMW M5 will be powered by the 4.4-liter S63 twin-turbocharged V8 capable of outputs of up to 600 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque.
The 2017 BMW M5 G30 will be available as rear-wheel drive and xDrive all-wheel drive, however it will no longer be available with a manual transmission as due to lack of demand BMW is dropping the manual transmission altogether.
The 2017 BMW M5 will feature standard active aerodynamics, and will use BMW i’s Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, Carbon Fiber and aluminum to up the chassis rigidity and improve handling even more and aims at a 50:50 weight distribution.
Spyshots have also revealed that Mercedes-AMG is working on their next generation M5 fighter, the E63 AMG.
Mercedes has released Spyshots of the upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe.
Judging by the spyshots released it looks as if Mercedes has listened to the complaints of its customers who have always requested wider wheel arches to house wider wheels.
We believe Mercedes is pointing out beefier tires with wider wheel arches on the upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 S coupe.
Wider tires can also mean that the upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 coupe codenamed C205 will be available with AMG tuned 4Matic All-wheel drive system. This BMW M4 beating combination of 503 hp and 4Matic can propel the C205 C63 coupe from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds.

Land Rover already has a $110,000 550 horsepower 502 lb-ft of torque monster of an SUV in the name of Range Rover Sport SVR, however the SVR is a road going, high powered luxury apartment on wheels and with re-introduction of SVX line, Land Rover will once again produce high power offroading SUVs.
